Ethan Mikhael

Associate Intern

Ethan is an Associate Intern at Azurre Law, where he assists in drafting, reviewing, and researching corporate transactional matters.

He is currently pursuing his J.D. at Loyola Law School and is enrolled in the Corporate concentration. He serves as the Chief Research Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and is involved in the Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity Law Society. Ethan earned his B.S. in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UCLA.

Ethan has previous experience as a law clerk in business, real estate, and employment litigation. He volunteered as a Clinical Law Student with Loyola Law School’s Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic and Collaborative Family Law Clinic, providing free legal assistance to local community members.

Beyond his legal work, Ethan has a passion for aviation, machining, and building computers.
